  • You are responsible for ensuring your outreach behavior complies with applicable policies and laws.
  • Cymos.ai is designed for user-reviewed drafting and handoff; automated bulk sending is not permitted.

Third-Party Integrations

  • Cymos.ai may connect to third-party providers (for example Google or Microsoft) at your request.
  • Your use of third-party services is subject to those providers’ terms and policies.
  • We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions by third-party providers.

Intellectual Property

  • Cymos.ai and its software, branding, and content are protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You retain rights to the content you create in your workspace.

Service Availability

  • The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
